Information we handle
Depending on how you use the platform, information may include:
- account and contact details you provide;
- program applications, enrollment records, and manual payment submission details;
- learning activity, lesson progress, quiz answers, scores, and attempt history;
- support requests, refund requests, reasons, references, and files you submit; and
- technical, security, and access records generated when needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and learning access, review payments and enrollments, record progress and assessments, respond to support or refund requests, communicate about the service, prevent misuse, and maintain platform security and reliability.
Service providers
Britto School may rely on service providers that support hosting, storage, communications, and secure video delivery. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services and the operation of the LMS.
Analytics and advertising choices
With your permission, Britto School may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate interest in public Programs and Meta Pixel to measure advertising results. Analytics and advertising consent are independent. These optional services are disabled until you make a choice, and rejecting them does not affect registration, payment, learning access, or any other LMS function.
Approved events are limited to public Program views, successful Program applications, and purchases after payment has been verified by an administrator. Britto School does not intentionally send student names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, payment references, device-security data, classroom activity, support details, or refund details to these services.
Cookies, retention, and international processing
A first-party cookie stores your versioned analytics and advertising choices for up to six months. If you consent, Google or Meta may set their own cookies and process limited measurement information on infrastructure outside your country under their respective privacy terms. Britto School retains its purchase-event deduplication record as part of the verified transaction history so the same purchase is not reported repeatedly.
You can reject optional tracking initially or change and withdraw your choices at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future provider loading on this site; provider-side retention already created under consent remains governed by the applicable provider’s policies and configured retention controls.
Retention and security
Britto School uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the platform. Information may be retained while an account, enrollment, transaction, support matter, or legal or operational need remains relevant. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
